The Fall / Winter 2020 Charity Partner is the Shelter Island Action Alliance!
The Alliance is a community organization with a mission to support the local Shelter Island business community and those in need of assistance simultaneously.
From the start of the pandemic, the Shelter Island Action Alliance worked to provide funds to local restaurants to purchase food for our front line essential workers. As the cases dropped locally, we continued to support restaurants and the community by incorporating food deliveries to local seniors citizens who are the highest risk.
